DELIVERY POLICY
Used Parts Australia offers free delivery on selected items.
All items that do not have free delivery, once you have entered your postcode and selected your suburb, delivery information for your area will be added to your total product cost.

Availability
We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you've entered your location) are accurate, but they remain subject to change without notice. Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse. If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available.

How do we deliver and can you request a delivery time or date?
We despatch through Australia Post, Toll, TNT and some smaller contract drivers who deliver on all working days (Monday - Friday) in metropolitan areas, and selected weekdays in certain regional centres, varying by the location.

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at requested times of day.
If your online order is completed before 1:30pm AEST (taking into account SA daylight savings periods), we will endeavour to despatch your item that day, provided your selected products are in stock.

Change of delivery details
If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our Support Team on 08 87258961 immediately after purchase.

What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?
If delivery address is unattended then Australia Post will leave a contact calling card so another delivery day can be organised.
